SRTP (Secure Real-time Transport Protocol)
SRTP keeps voice conversations private by encrypting the voice audio of each call for softphones. These types of audio include two-party conversations, voicemail, and conferences. Voice is converted into data packets. The data packets are encrypted and quickly delivered securely over the internet. These data packets remain undecipherable to intruders. SRTP protects softphone conversations without sacrificing voice quality. You and your customers can rest assured that calls are not being eavesdropped while discussing credit card or debit card account numbers or other important personal account information. 2FA provides an additional layer of security that helps prevent unauthorized users from logging into your account. 2FA is an electronic authentication method in which a user is granted access to a website or application only after successfully presenting two or more pieces of evidence or factors. After entering your normal login username and password, a code will automatically be delivered to an authentication app installed on your mobile phone or tablet. At the login page, you will be instantly prompted to enter the code seen on your mobile device. 2-Factor authentication is an optional additional layer of security you might want to take advantage of. Not only can the Moraltel Secure account administrator use 2FA at their login, but they will also have the option of requiring 2FA from each agent in the office or organization as well. You will be sent an itemized invoice each month. Moraltel Secure makes it easy for you to pay by logging into your user portal account. You’ll have access to your current invoice as well as past invoices. You can manually make payments or set up a convenient AutoPay to your credit card or debit card. “Invoice history” allows you to generate reports including past invoices that are useful for tax purposes. Site Assessment & On Premises Installation
If you’re a medium to large business or organization with numerous agents, setting up an account with us may require a brief onsite assessment. We’ll arrive to your premises and determine the types of phones you’ll use, whether you’ll use electrical outlets or PoE (Power over Ethernet), etc. The actual install can be completed the same day or scheduled days later. As long as you have an internet connection in your office, we’ll be able to provide new phone service. The Site Assessment and On Premises installation are only necessary if new hardware phones are being installed. If you’re only needing our Call Center or Contact Center Services, a Site Assessment and On Premises installation may not be necessary, as your agents will be using existing headsets. However, a small deployment of hardware phones may still be useful for Managerial and Supervisorial staff.
