We’ll arrive at your premises to confirm your internet connection is adequate for a Moraltel Secure Installation. If you have an internet connection in your office, chances are very high that we’re able to install new phone service for your business. The internet is getting better, and this helps us activate new customers with ease. The Moraltel Site Assessment gives assurance that your network is compatible. Not only is the Site Assessment free, but the new phones and installation that follow are free as well. A Moraltel Site Assessment will get your business up to speed.
We’ll determine:
- If your internet speed is adequate.
- Whether you’ll need PoE (Power over Ethernet).
- What types of phones are suitable for your daily office use.

Small Network Installation
This is usually for a home office or a business with very few employees. These types of businesses include, for example, a doctor’s office or a pizza delivery shop. With our free Auto Provisioning service, when your free desk phone(s) arrive, all you have to do is plug your new phone into an available port in your router and plug the power adapter into an electrical outlet. Remember, all routers being used with the internet today work with our VoIP phones.
After plugging your new VoIP phone into your router and plugging the adapter into a power outlet, you’re all set to make and receive phone calls in about 2-4 minutes. The phone boots up and automatically registers to the Moraltel Secure network. There is no need to have a Moraltel Installation agent arrive at your premises to do an install. Also included is our free Moraltel UC Mobile App. If you’re a home-based business, you’ll find it very convenient to move live calls from your mobile phone to your desk phone while working at home.
Medium to Large Network Installation
If you have numerous agents in one office or if you oversee a chain of business locations, we can deploy a large number of desk phones for you. We recommend a managed switch that accounts for each desk phone that’s connected to the switch. After the initial Site Assessment, according to your needs, PoE, VLAN and wall mounted phones can also be considered for your install.
During the installation, we’ll carefully measure and arrange the placement of phone cables throughout your entire office. We understand what today’s businesses need in order to communicate well.
