As a Moraltel customer, you will be able to initiate 6 different types of meetings:
1. Interactive Meeting. Desktop Sharing.
It allows you and your attendees to show and control each other’s computer screen. You can enable some attendees with Interactive capabilities and some attendees as View Only.
2. HD Video Conference
Moraltel Meetings allow you to conduct HD video conferences. These are meetings with streaming video and audio with a higher resolution and quality than standard definition (SD) video. This allows video and audio to be more clear and smoother in a way that improves communication and engagement.
3. Webinar
Attendees don’t need to download anything and can view your presentation instantly with a browser on any platform.
4. Remote Support
View and control an attendee’s computer immediately after the attendee joins the meeting. In about 2 minutes, you can literally see and navigate a customer’s or meeting attendee’s computer screen for quick, spur of the moment, in depth tech support or hands-on guidance.
5. Remote Access to This Computer
Selecting this meeting allows your computer to be remotely controlled. Meeting password is mandatory for this meeting.
6. Phone Conferencing
Phone Conferences can be arranged anytime in the user portal. Participants simply dial in through their touch tone phone, enter a pin number and join the meeting.
