When we began
Moraltel Secure is a full service telecommunications provider located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The company was founded in 2019 with the vision of helping businesses communicate proficiently with their customers. We provide telecommunications solutions to businesses throughout the United States and Canada, and these businesses use multiple Moraltel products and services to communicate with their customers throughout the world.
Moraltel Secure was created by the collaborative efforts of telephony veterans. When experienced and insightful individuals like these brought their talent to the inception of Moraltel Secure, it’s been like magic ever since. Our company makes innovative telecommunications architecture a prerequisite for bringing new customers on board. Our customers can rest assured that they’re receiving a modernized phone system platform to help them compete with today’s businesses.
We’re constantly adding new products and services to stay up to date with advancements in the telecommunications industry. With carrier grade equipment, we’re ready to deploy tens of thousands of users at any given moment.

Our Phone System and Contact Center services currently have numerous features, and more new features that will be added in the future. If you need assistance with any aspect of your Moraltel service, Remote Rescue enables us to remotely take control of your computer and navigate your computer screen to a 100% Customer Service Success Rate. If issues arise, you’ll have the feeling that we’re there for you right by your side. All Moraltel customers receive Remote Rescue and Phone Tech Support free of charge.
Also included in our Company Objective is how we make it easy for new customers to get started. As an ongoing benefit to our customers, Moraltel Secure provides Free Desk Phone Rental to our customers. These phones are free of charge for the life of your Moraltel Account. Phone brands include Yealink, Grandstream, Poly and Snom. We truly feel that customers should not have to pay for the phones and only pay for the service. The reason why we offer free desk phone rental is because we know that we will keep your business. We won’t send new desk phones out to your office free of charge unless we’re confident you’ll remain a customer. Also, there are no long term contracts, and you can close your Moraltel account at any time.
In regard to quality of service, we have a Service Level Agreement (“SLA”) that we abide by. We created our SLA for new customers to review and be assured of how seriously we take meeting and exceeding expectations. We do not expect customers to experience system downtime; however, our SLA provides you in writing full details of how our quality of service is contracted.

With a keen instinct for resolution, Moraltel customer service agents are trained to provide prompt answers for sales and technical support. Whether you need assistance with the functionality of your desk phones, using our mobile app, setting up a bulk amount of users or Contact Center questions, we are prepared to provide customer service experiences that last.
Shipping Department
Our shipping department carefully and accurately manages the flow of new desk phones being shipped to businesses across the country. Some orders consists of 1 or 2 desk phones for home businesses, however, sometimes there are large and enterprise businesses with over 100, 500 or 2,000+ desk phones in a single order.
After your desk phones are auto provisioned, we make sure they are professionally packaged and shipped in a timely manner with FedEx or UPS courier you can rely on. We provide very quick delivery. Most phones arrive to your home, business or organization in just 2-4 business days. If an on-premises installation is necessary, your phones will be delivered and installed by a member of our installation team in your area.
