How long does it take to activate a Moraltel Secure Account?
If Phone Menu Interactive, Moraltel Phone System and Moraltel Call Center are ordered by 4:00 pm eastern, The service will be set up during the same business day. During the sign up process you will either select a phone number with your area code, select a toll-free number from our live inventory of phone numbers, or port your existing phone number to Moraltel Secure to be used with your new account. After submitting your order, an email confirmation receipt is delivered immediately. The Phone Menu Interactive mobile app can be used with any of the services mentioned above and takes just 5 minutes to download, install and start talking. If you need to set up a Moraltel Contact Center account, turnaround time is 2 business days. What payment options do I have to set up an account?
For all our services, credit card, debit card, check or money order can be used to set up an account. If you plan to pay by check or money order, call 1-844-200-5171 for details.
After setting up an account, how will I be billed each month for service?
You can pay each month by credit card or debit card. You’ll have the option to do a monthly or annually auto pay using your credit or debit card. You’ll also have the option to pay each month or each year by check or money order.
After setting up an account, am I able to upgrade or downgrade service in the future and still keep the same phone number.
Yes. We can make changes to your service configuration, and you’ll still keep the same phone number. For example, if you start an account with Moraltel Office, and in the future you need to monitor live conversations of your agents, you can upgrade to Moraltel Call Center if you’re not satisfied using only the call recording feature. With Moraltel Call Center, you can eavesdrop, whisper or barge into live conversations instead of just playing recorded calls in the future.
Are there any long term contracts, hidden costs or obligations?
No. Our pricing structure is straight forward, and you can cancel the service at any time.
Will your rates ever increase?
We do not see our rates increasing in the foreseeable future. Our goal is to continue providing inexpensive telecommunications solutions for businesses. If there is an increase in rates, you will be notified via email at least 30 days before the rate increase occurs.
Do you have to perform a credit check?
We do not have to run a credit check on your credit history, and we will not ask for your social security number.
I would like to get more familiar with your service before making the actual purchase. Do you offer a free trial service?
Yes, we do. We offer a free trial service for all of our services except Custom Services. The free trial service lasts 7 days. During the sign up process you’ll have the option to set up the free trial service. During the free trial service period, you’ll have full account access. If you close your account during the 7 day free trial service period, you will be billed nothing. All the usage is free of charge. There’s no costs or obligation when setting up the free trial. If you do not close your account before the 7 day free trial service period ends, you will be automatically billed the startup costs for the first month of service.
We do not offer a free trial service for Custom Services. However, for Custom Services we do offer a 30 day money back guarantee.
How reliable is your service? Do you have power back up?
Service reliability is #1 on our list and should be with any service provider. We are prepared for high volume usage. Our track record with service uptime is nearly 100%. After setting up a Moraltel Secure account, what will happen to my existing phone service?
We can create an easy and seamless transition from your current phone service to Moraltel Secure. All you need to do is have your current phone service provider activate call forwarding of your phone number(s) to a temporary Moraltel Secure phone number that we assign to you. After the porting process of your phone number(s) to Moraltel Secure is complete, you can close the phone lines you have with your existing phone service provider.
I've never used a VoIP desk phone before. How easy is it to use a VoIP phone with the service?
Extremely easy. VoIP desk phones are the phones of the future. The increasingly popular VoIP phones are being noticed in organizations everywhere. The features, functionality and resiliency gives a better rating than traditional or analog landlines. The audio clarity is high quality and consistently reliable.
With our Free Desk Phone Rental, while unboxing each of your new phones, in the contents of the package, you’ll see an ethernet cable that plugs into an available port in your router, and a power supply that plugs directly into your electrical outlet. As soon as both are plugged in your phone will light up and know how to automatically connect to your Moraltel Secure account. You’re ready to place and receive calls with your new Yealink or Polycom phone with Moraltel Secure!
If you order numerous phones from us and would prefer us to do the installation, we can arrange to have an installer arrive at your premise and set up each phone with dial tone before we depart.
Will I or my agents be able to dial 911?
Yes. E911 is enabled on all of our services.
Once acquiring a phone number with your company, do I own the number?
Yes, you do. We truly feel that the quality and costs of our service is good enough to keep you as a permanent customer. However, if for any reason you need to choose a new service provider, you are free to take your number along with you. You will be able to port your Moraltel Secure phone number to another carrier as long as your account is in good standing.
I would like to obtain a vanity number such as "1-888-555-CARE" or “404-555-1234” to use with my service. Does your company offer the option of obtaining a custom vanity number?
You can make a request to obtain a toll-free or local vanity number. For example, “1-877-555-READ”. During the sign-up process, you will have the option of acquiring a toll-free or local vanity number.
Can I port my existing local phone number or my existing toll-free number to your company to set up an account?
Yes. You can port your existing local phone number with your area code or toll-free number to our company and use it with your new account. Porting your number is free of charge. During the sign up process, you’ll be able to include porting your number along with your order. For more information, visit our Porting Page.
If I don't like using my voice, is your company able to record the main menu of options that clients and customers hear when they call me?

Am I able to receive international calls?
Receiving calls from international areas is an unlockable feature. These calls will be billed separately. If you have an account and would like to unlock international calling, you can do so by contacting our support team at 1-844-200-5171.
Do you offer technical support?
Yes, we do. A live tech support agent is ready to answer any questions or concerns you might have. Simply call 1-844-200-5171 for assistance during business hours. Business hours are Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 8:00 pm eastern. Saturday 10 am – 5 pm eastern.
If I’m no longer in need of the service, how easy it for me to close my account?
There are 2 ways to close your account:
- ) You can log into your user portal account and create a ticket. We will respond to your ticket confirming that your account is closed and there will be no further charges made to your credit or debit card.
- ) Call 1-844-200-5171 and speak with a Moraltel Secure agent. They will give you a confirmation number that confirms your account is closed and no further charges will be made to your credit or debit card.
If you wish to reactivate your service in the future, there’s no guarantee we’ll be able to provide you with the same phone number of your former Moraltel Secure account.
